When you receive your Fluid Tactics merch, please check that the order is complete and that all items are in perfect condition. If you find that something is missing, faulty or you’ve received the wrong products please email us right away at email@example.com. We will either resend the products or issue you a refund depending on the circumstances.
We hope you love our products as much as we do. We are committed to delivering maximum customer satisfaction at all times but if you are unsatisfied with an order you received, we will be happy to help you with this.
To process your refund, please send the items back to us in tact and in their original state, together with a short note detailing the reason for the return. You can do this within 14 days of receiving the items. As soon as we get the items back, we will process your refund straight away. Please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or need any help with returning the products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund unless the product is faulty. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to shoulder the costs for the return.
